Labor Management Institute Conference Update

LMI has decided to restructure our conferences beginning in 2013 based on factors including client feedback, industry trends, and company growth. As part of that restructuring we are excited to announce that we will be holding a NEW LMI Client Conference for Inpatient and Outpatient Care© September 17-18, 2013 and an International Conference on Workforce Management© in June of 2014.

The LMI Client Conference for Inpatient and Outpatient Care© is intended for healthcare organization (HCO) and hospital specific unit leadership, decision-support and financial analysts, staffing office, resource pool and business operations leaders, department directors, and executive leadership. The LMI Client Conference for Inpatient and Outpatient Care© will focus on client shared experiences and solutions in workforce budgeting, employee scheduling, staffing, central staffing office operations, resource pool operations and research related outcomes while promoting networking, problem solving and group-based idea sharing.

The LMI International Conference on Workforce Management© will follow our traditional conference model that includes keynote and client based speakers and multiple breakout sessions covering workforce management research, scheduling and daily staffing, automation and leadership and future trends. The target audience will include all LMI clients, as well as healthcare workforce management software exhibitors. More details to follow soon!
