We publish the newsletter Perspectives on Staffing & Scheduling© (PSS), now in its 28th year, to address staffing and scheduling issues facing HCOs. We also conduct and publish the Labor Management Institute's Perspectives in Staffing & Scheduling (PSS) Annual Survey of Hours©,now in its 20th year, to track and benchmark hours of care for direct,indirect and total worked hours for 60 different units types forteaching, community and rural hospitals along with staffing trends andpractices.

The Principals and Associates of the Labor Management Institutepublish articles in a variety of publications. We provide articles forpublications of associations, corporations, trade journals andnewsletters to assist in the dissemination of information about thevarious aspects of the Institute’s work.
