We have posted the LMI 2012 Annual Survey of Hours Benchmark Report(c) data collection form, so you can begin collecting the data! We are working on the online survey for electronic data submission and are expecting to have it open by April 15, 2012. We will be accepting data though July 15, 2012, so there is time! We are making BIG changes for 2012! We are expanding the data collection to include more Peri-Operative Units, Outpatient Clincs (by Type), Pharmacy, Infusion Center, Respiratory Therapy and More!
